We collect the following types of information:

• Registration details: Name, email address, phone number
• Early signup (beta): Name, phone number, email address — collected via the website signup form for beta program invitations. This data is stored in our system and used solely to contact you regarding the service
• Vehicle details: License plate, manufacturer, model, battery capacity
• Location data: Charging station addresses (not continuous tracking)
• Usage data: Charging history, wallet balance, station reports and ratings

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used for:

• Operating application services and login
• Connecting drivers with charging stations
• Managing your Electricity Bank balance
• Managing public charging requests and payments
• Communication regarding service and support
• Improving user experience and service

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share information only:

• With station hosts to coordinate charging sessions
• With public charging providers to complete charging sessions
• As required by law or court order
• With service providers acting on our behalf (see list below)

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to operate the service. These providers receive access to information only to the extent necessary to perform their function, and are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the information.

5. Information Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• Data encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest
• Encryption of sensitive personal data and uploaded documents
• Password hashing (Argon2)
• Restricted access to sensitive information
• Encrypted backups

6. Your Rights

Under privacy laws, you have the following rights:

• Right of access: Receive a copy of the information we hold about you
• Right to rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Right to erasure: Request deletion of your account and information ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to restriction: Restrict the processing of your information

• Right to object: Object to processing of your information for marketing purposes

7. GDPR Rights (European Union Users)

If you are a resident of the European Union or European Economic Area, you have additional rights under GDPR:

Legal basis for processing: We process your information based on: (1) your consent, (2) performance of the contract with you, (3) our legitimate interests.

• The right to know if information was sold or disclosed to third parties
• The right to opt-out of the sale of personal information

9. International Data Transfer

Your information may be stored and processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including in Israel, the United States, and other countries.

We ensure that data transfers are made in accordance with applicable laws, using appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

10. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the profile settings in the app, or by contacting us.

After a deletion request, your information will be deleted within 30 days, except for information we are required to retain by law or for legal defense purposes.

11. Data Retention

We retain your information as long as your account is active, or as required to provide the service, comply with legal requirements, or resolve disputes.

• Account data: Until account deletion
• Charging history: 3 years for tax and accounting purposes
• Technical logs: 90 days

12. Cookies and Tracking

The mobile app does not use cookies. We use basic analytics to improve the service and identify issues. We do not share this data with third parties for advertising purposes.

13. Children's Privacy

The service is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it immediately.

14. Changes to Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be published in the app and on the website at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
